ABOUT ME

Hello & Welcome to my website.
Please call me Macy. Everybody does.

Born and raised in Bad Lauterberg, at the southern border of the Harz Mountains, I quickly noticed that the outdoors was my favorite place.

Fast forward a few years and I find myself running all over the place, while still being on this endless path of learning & growing.

Running, however, isn't nearly all I am doing.

COACHING

Only at the age of 25, while pursuing a corporate career (albeit in the outdoor industry), I teamed up with a coach whom I have worked with until today and changed careers: I became a professional trail runner.

Ever since, I have learned so much about sports science and the metabolism of the human body, but I have also learned that there is more to fulfilling one's potential.

Now, with a master's degree and a coaching license in the bag, helping others on their journey to becoming the best running version of themselves is one of the most fulfilling activities I can think of.
